The company was established in 1986 under the registration number HE27549 and on the 15 July, 2020 it has been converted into a Private Limited Company, listed on the Emerging Companies Market (ECM) of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE).

The company’s business is in real estate, land development and property management. This is the first of many projects to come and a new era for a hybrid combination of Commercial and Residential spaces which aim to disrupt the current market structures and provide sustainability, certainty and assurance to both investors and customers.
